Come join Washington Revels for our newest Latine Mummers Play as we tell one of the many legends of the heartbeat of Puerto Rico\, the coquí! \nThe Echo Arts Festival is a free event that runs from 12-5 pm\, with unique opportunities to delve into the arts.
